.5 cups Raw honey
5 to 8 cloves garlic peeled
The juice of 1 lemon
Zest of one lemon
1 tsp pepper
4 tbs soy sauce
Large whole Salmon filet (skin on)

The week before:

Place garlic in a glass jar and cover with honey. Let sit on the counter with a loosely fitting lid. It will ferment a little and infuse with garlic wonder.

Add lemon, pepper, and soy sauce to the honey jar and mix.
Drizzle oil over fish skin and place salmon skin side down on a McMurry hand forged large griddle and drizzle or brush 1/4 of the mixture over the fish. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Drizzle with 1/4 of the mixture and bake for 5 minutes. Repeat until the fish flakes. About 25 minutes.
Serve immediately!
