H1 - Power Hammer 1
(pre-reqs - B2) - $600 {Members - $540}
Ages 16+, duration 16hrs (2 full day classes)
This class will build upon the skills learned in B1 and B2. Students will focus on power hammer theory to forge a set of basic tools for use at the power hammer or with a striker. This class will emphasize safe use of pneumatic type hammers (i.e. Chambersburg, Nazel, Anyang, etc) as well as their maintenance.
Please remember, Blacksmithing can be dangerous, and as such, the shop CODE OF CONDUCT MUST be adhered to at all times within the shop walls. Anyone found to be acting in an unsafe manner intentionally will be asked to leave for their safety and those around them.
