1.5 cups semolina flour
.5 tsp salt
2 eggs blended
2 test water
2 tbs olive oil
Make a well in flour and salt, add eggs, water, and oil. Mix together until combined then kneed for 10 minutes or until smooth. Cover with plastic and let rest for 20 minutes.
1 package of baby Bella sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion
1 tbs dried basil
3 cloves minced garlic
.5 cup Italian panko bread crumbs
.5 cup finely shredded Parmigiano cheese.
Sauté mushrooms and onions with garlic and butter.
Let cool and add sauté to food processor. Add basil and salt to taste. Pulse until smooth. Remove to a bowl and add bread crumbs and cheese. Mix and set aside.
Roll out sheets of pasta and sandwich a tsp of Filling between two sheets. Remove air and seal. Cut apart.
Boil for 3 minutes and serve favorite marinara sauce. I like prego! Easy!
