Carbon steel baking steel from McMurry Hand Forged!
This baking steel is a great, durable alternative to stone or ceramic baking stones! Also works fantastic as a griddle, or an induction stove interface for thin steel or non ferrous pans! It is 3/16in thick, so plenty thick, but a lighter alternative to the big heavy steels that are out there.
When used for baking, a perfect crust will develop making your breads and pastries a cut above!
The included hole makes for easy removal from the oven with a hook or spoon handle. Slide it out of the oven to where you can get your oven mitts on it!
