"Palette" Tableware serving steels

Carbon steel, 2 piece serving steels from McMurry Hand Forged! 

We upsized these just a touch to make them a bit more usable!

These are small serving steels, perfect to serve fine cheeses, meats or bruschetta on for your guests. These are 3/16in thick, very substantial at just over 1lb each, and the textured edge is delightfully rustic for that earthy touch. Very striking on the table. 

When used for baking (yes! you can use these for that!), a perfect crust will develop making your small breads and pastries a cut above!

These are seasoned just like a pan for easy use. Acidic foods may discolor them, but that is part of the developing patina. These will patina over time, and get lovelier and lovelier! Care is done with a damp towel wipe down, some oil, and a warm run in the oven to dry out.
